We understand you may have lots of questions about how the club is run.
The following are responses for your frequently asked questions.

So I assume that, if I send in a donation to attend a party to get
on the guest list, and something happens last minute, and we
can not attend, do we lose our money?

You will NOT lose your money with us. If you send in a donation to get on the Guest List for a particular party and then something happens last minute and you can not attend, you do NOT get a refund BUT you automatically get bumped up on the Guest List of the next immediate party to have a second chance, and we even give you a thrid chance and after that the file gets deleted.  If you miss the party for a third time, then sorry we can not help you anymore. YOU HAVE THREE CHANCES TO CATCH UP. We protect our members from losing their hard earned money.  You will never be shortchanged by our club. We respect like minded people, and we are not here to run away with your money.  We are a private party and we respect your donation.  At all the “public” event parties, they accept your money to attend but if you can not attend, too bad you lose your money and no one cares. With us, you are protected and guaranteed you don’t lose your money if you can not attend an event which you sent a donation for.
You get three consecutive chances to attend a party with your donation.  We have had this policy for all the dozens of parties we have produced over time.  Please be respectful with this good gesture we offer. In the past we have had people who donated for a party, could not attend and then 6 months after they return insisting they use that old donation for a future party, this does not work. You have to attend the immediate next party or the one after, then it's over. 

Do You Serve Alcohol? Is the party BYOB?

NO we DO NOT SERVE ALCOHOL but we offer mixers and soft drinks for sure as well as full food buffett.  Bring your own bottle with a tag on it with your name and there is a place in the kitchen you can keep your bottle. We do not tolerate drunkenness, (ZERO) so please keep your cool. We are not so much an alcohol environment but big on Cannabis.

We live far away but still want to come to the party but don’t want to drive back home late at night especially after so much fun or a few drinks. Can you help with this? 

Yes, we offer overnight bedrooms for our out-of-town guests. We offer overnight bedrooms with closed door, blankets and pillows. The bedroom is available after the party ends at 1AM. Please ask by email that you need a room overnight and if there are any left, we will give you one.

We ask for a small donation for this so just ask us and we will take care of you. Check out from the house is 12pm noon but please know the cleaners arrive at 10AM. They might need to clean your room so we say checkout from the bedroom at 11AM
We have coffee and perhaps also breakfast but definitely lots of morning hugs.

I want to come to your party but I don’t drive and need a lift from
someone, can you help with this?

Yes we can help by asking through our email newsletter for other guests to give you a lift. Just write us an email to let us know where you are to be picked up. Many of our members are happy to help. If you ask us to help with a lift, make sure you let us know if you change plans as we will still be working on getting you a lift. If we arrange for someone to give you a lift, plans have to be made private between you and the vehicle guest. All we can do is introduce interested people to interested people.

How Can I Know When Your Next Event Will Be How Can I Get on Your Mailing List? 

There are two ways to follow the monthly schedule of parties. One way is to simply follow our website in the Party Schedule page and the other way is for you to exist on our email invitations list so we can send you updates and invitation for future parties.
All you have to do is send us a message from the Contact Us page of our website and this way you get on our lists automaticall.
You can also write us directly to VancouverVelvet@gmail.com and introduce yourselves to us with your first names.
We will write to you and take it from there. Better to also send us a picture to be sure.

Can you tell me more about your club & how to become a
member so we can attend your MEMBERS ONLY parties?  

The only way you can know when the club’s next event date will be is for you to exist on our email list of members. All you have to do to get on the list is send us an email to VancouverVelvet@gmail.com and introduce yourselves to us with your first names. We will write to you and take it from there. Better to also send us a picture to be sure.

I'm a single man. How can I join?

Our approved and credited single guys are allowed to attend the Couples and Single Guys Parties ONLY, and that is if they are approved to be on our invitation list. We receive many requests from Single Guys to join our list but our rejection rate is at 80%.  We don’t discourage Single Guys from applying to join our list, but we do select Single Guys based on their physical attractiveness, character depth, professional politeness and the ability to follow our rules and regulations to the letter with no excuses. NO means NO once. Our parties are always distinguished by COUPLES ONLY or COUPLES AND SINGLE GUYS.  We do not mix Single Guys at our Couples ONLY parties.

Are your parties a safe environment? 

No one can include themselves on our Guest List by default. We must invite you. Just write us to introduce yourselves. It is the only way you can get invited. We are not a public party where anyone can buy a ticket online and walk into the house. If it were so, this is what we would call an uncontrolled environment. Our parties are a Controlled Environment.. That is why our parties are safe and do not experience the troubles that public parties experience with unruly people or chemical drugs or swarms of single guys roaming around like Hawks or we call them Mosquitos.

How do I RSVP to an event? 

Once you get on our members list, you will automatically receive an email invitation with
detailed information on to how to get on the Guest List for a particular party. Just follow
those easy instructions to get on the Guest List and it will happen immediately.

My wife or girlfriend likes to have 6 or 7 guys at the same time
during the Swinger party. Is it possible for you to help us organize
this?

Yes, it is very possible, just let us know and we will guide you for this and organize the guys
so your partner can simply enjoy while we organize. Our house is the perfect environment
for a private GB or just come to our Couples and Single Guys party.

Can I volunteer to Work at the Parties ?

We have paid staff during the parties but if you would like to be part of the team you are welcomed.
We can not guarantee we will have a spot for you but your enthusiasm is the deciding factor.

Hey we are a threesommes,
how does this work to attend a party?

If you are a member and you have received an invitation to a particular party and would like
to bring a third person as a threesomes or foursomes; we understand this and accept it. We
understand you might only want to play with your own group. We appreciate it if you “all’
enter the house together at the same time to get through the registration desk. All you have
to do is get your third or fourth person whom you are hosting, to send us an email and
introduce themselves to us and to tell us that they are being hosted by your name and email.
If you are a couple and carrying a single guy as your threesomes, and if you decide to leave
the party early, you have to take the single guy with you unless you get approval from the
host.

I would like you to arrange a private party for us.

Yes, we can arrange a venue for you to celebrate your special day or cause. Birthdays,
Celebrations or just a Private party where only you decide who attends is very possible. Just
send us an email and let us know and we will take it from there.

My partner and I like to find another couple or small group and
we like to go into a bedroom and close the door for privacy. Is
this a problem? 

YES there is a problem only in that you can not close the door. All our parties are open
door policy, NO CLOSED DOORS. Do what ever you want, and we will help you, but it all
happens with the door open. We do not want closed doors at our parties, sorry.
Having said this, if there is a particular situation and you really need a closed door, no
problem, come talk to me and I will organize a closed-door bedroom and protect it for
one hour maximum.

If the party ends at 1AM but we want to keep playing more as
there are still people and the action is so good, what happens?

Our parties usually end at 1am and the people who reserved an overnight bedroom have access to their bedroom at 1am. If there are bedrooms available after 1am then feel free to keep playing in those available bedrooms. 1AM is our close party time BUT that does not mean you have to leave. The entire house is open for play, except the kitchen sink! We are fine with people staying longer, as much as they want, but by 2AM we need to sleep.  One thing to remember is that the reserved bedrooms will no longer have access after 1am. If someone is not staying overnight then it would be best to leave by 2pm

What is the average age of guests at the events? 

We do not discriminate on age, as the true culture, (internationally) of the Swinger lifestyle is strictly no-age discrimination. Our parties are all ages. You play with anyone you want and respect everyone else. The age range of our parties is very late 20s. (but not so much), 30s, 40s, 50, 60, 70s. If you are a real Swinger lifestyle person, you should not discriminate on age. If you do then it means you do not have enough experience with this type of scene and we will help you to adapt.
We appreciate that others are enjoying or exploring their sexuality just as you are. This is what we stand for. We are Classic Swingers and we love everyone who comes to our parties to have fun and meet new friends and understand HEDONISM. 

What do I wear?

This is a house party, we have neighbours, be discreet and serious when approaching the front door. As soon as you enter the house and get through the registration desk, you can change into your play attire immediately.
Arrive Vanilla and be discreet as you walk up to our venue. Most women just wear a knee length coat and underneath all they have is their lingerie. They enter the house, take their coat off, and they are ready for action.
NO street clothes allowed in the house after registration desk. We have a wonderful dressing room/clothes storage area with mirrors for you to change and store your belongings,

Are you Cannabis friendly.?

Yes, we are Cannabis friendly. You can smoke outside at the back of the house. Never in the house of course.

Is there easy parking?

DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE TO THE HOUSE OR ON THE STREET NEAR THE ENTRANCE TO THE HOUSE.  ALL CARS MUST BE PARKED ON JACKSON ROAD.

Park along the edge of Albion Park.
Parking is ample and convenient. Just park on Jackson Road please. Please do not block other people's driveway or the SPCA entrance parking lot.

Do you provide condoms and lube in the play areas?

Yes all play areas have condoms and lube and Huggies and paper towels. All bathrooms have one on one hand towels so you don’t share hand towels. We give you your own.
If you take a shower etc. please bring your own towel and other items you might need.

Can I take some pictures or video of my partner as she or he
plays for my own use only.

NO.
Sorry we are discreet and are about “live” porn.
NO need for video or pics please.
Don’t even think about it actually There are no phones allowed or pictures or videos anywhere except in the dressing room. Leave your phones in your individual cubicle locker. If you circulate with a phone in your hand during the party, we will have to talk to you and have our security escort you out of the venue.
WE ARE VERY DISCREET and PROTECT OUR GUESTS.
Only the HOST can use his phone throughout the party in all areas of the house as the HOST has to communicate with people arriving or with issues of concern.

Why are you so strict with pictures and videos. I go to other
public parties and I can take video or pictures.

We are not a public party.
Our parties are high energy consent SEX parties with lots of play and WHAT HAPPENS IN
OUR PARTIES STAYS IN OUR PARTIES. We are not about showing off with pictures and video.
We are about LIVE porn that we create our own fun with each other in a protected and
discreet environment. We are an under the radar high-end Swingers Club for discreet people who protect their Vanilla lives. Most guests have high end jobs or positions and by attending our parties, guests know they are in a discreet environment that is protective of their Vanilla lives, just like we do for ourselves. Our parties are like “live porn” never to be forgotten, no need for pictures or video, period.

I want to come to your parties but I don’t want people touching
me if I don’t like or want. Can this be controlled?

Our parties are strictly Consent Sex-Positive parties. No one touches anyone without asking first and a NO THANK YOU needs only to be said once. This is strict. If the club staff receive a complaint during a party about someone touching without consent, please point out to us who it is and WE will deal with it our way, but we will deal with it.  Please don’t create an issue at our party by touching without asking. It does not end well for you if you touch without asking for clear consent. This applies not only for our Friday Couples and Single Guys parties, but also for our Saturday Night COUPLES AND SINGLE GUYS parties.
